Research shows that a newborn baby laughs around 300 to 400 times a day. However an adult hardly has time to have a hearty laugh these days. As we grow we tend to get busy with our problems and issues, stress and worry tends to take over. As a result we have forgotten how to laugh from the bottom of our belly like we did when we were children.

Stress is a serious factor that controls many aspects of our lives. It can affect our physical and psychological health. Stress can contribute to all kinds of health problems such as insomnia, ulcers, high blood pressure, depression, heart disease, etc. It can also affect our performance at home and at work.

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.linkezine.com/link/2010/2/17/how-to-choose-a-digital-camera.html"><rss:title>How to Choose a Digital Camera</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.linkezine.com/link/2010/2/17/how-to-choose-a-digital-camera.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject>* COOL GEAR * HOW TO Digital Cameras</dc:subject>

by: Rachel Deutsch

It's smaller than a film camera, easier to operate, and holds many more pictures. On a digital camera you can click away as much as you want. If you don't like the outcome - just delete it. For a non professional photographer it's heaven. Instead of taking just one picture you can take 10 pictures - with and without flash, in different modes, from different angles. Later, at home, you can choose the best one to keep (You will probably just keep them all).

The problem at hand is how to choose the best digital camera.
The least expensive type of large TV is a rear-projection LCD TV. Some projection TVs have three cathode-ray picture tubes (CRTs), which are like smaller versions of the tubes used in conventional sets. The images from those small tubes are projected onto the back of a 40 inch to 60 inch plus screen, giving them the name rear projection TV. Other rear projection TV sets use LCD, digital light processing (DLP), or liquid crystal on silicon (LCoS) technology in place of CRTs. These high tech rear projection TV sets are thinner, lighter, and as a result more expensive than comparable CRT-based sets – but they produce a higher-quality picture.

Major brands of rear projection LCD TV sets include Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Philips, RCA, Samsung, Sony, and Toshiba. The most popular models are HD capable, and there are three basic types of HD TVs.

So how do you choose the right rear projection LCD TV for you and your viewing needs?

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.linkezine.com/link/2010/2/16/a-current-list-of-medications-for-adhd.html"><rss:title>A Current List of Medications For ADHD</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.linkezine.com/link/2010/2/16/a-current-list-of-medications-for-adhd.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject>* 4 Good Health News ADHD</dc:subject>

By Robert D hawkins

By most current estimates Ritalin is still the most prescribed treatment for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder with upwards of 7 million prescription written annually, and if you were to take into account most recent data the number could be much higher. Why? The answer is simple, awareness. General awareness of the existence of ADHD has led to an explosion in the number of young girls, women, and adults being diagnosed in recent years.

While Ritalin sits on top of hill there are a handful of others that are solidly on the list of medications for ADHD, seeming gaining traction in the stimulant medication space; specifically Adderall and Cylert.

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.linkezine.com/link/2010/2/12/a-buyers-guide-to-wireless-voip-phones.html"><rss:title>A Buyers Guide to Wireless VoIP Phones</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.linkezine.com/link/2010/2/12/a-buyers-guide-to-wireless-voip-phones.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject>* 7 Good Technology News * COOL GEAR * Good Technology News VoIP Wireless</dc:subject>

By Derek Rogers

Rather than using a phone line, it actually works through communicating over your cable line. There are many services that provide this. For instance your cable company might offer it as a part of their package, and you might be able to get it by itself. You might have choices such as Vonage or even Magicjack.

When you choose to use VoIP however, you will also need to select a decent phone. Below we will outline the specifications of four phones that you could try out. I know a person who is adamant he doesn't believe in karma. He says he's looked into it for years and has figured out that it is all an illusion. It seems to me that he would like to deny its existence and just wish it away with a new label. I have known others who got upset at hearing the word karma in a spiritual conversation because that word is not in the Bible. Never mind that; there are many words not mentioned in the Bible like oxygen for instance, but they are sure glad it is in the air they breathe.

Karma is not a word anyone needs to fear, but it is a word that is helpful to understand. The word karma is derived from the Sanskrit KRI, "To Do." The word also means the effects of thoughts, words and actions, and it also means the effects of our past actions which were the causes. Another way of looking at karma is that karma is energy in motion. The Bible does say we reap what we sow and since that is an aspect of karma, I think it is fair to say that karma is in the Bible in principle if not in name. All of our thoughts, feelings and actions create and set in motion energy patterns which create effects. I think that is really just an observation not a religious issue. The form and direction of what has been set in motion continues until another force changes the motion or the energy dissipates. That is karma in a nutshell.

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.linkezine.com/link/2010/2/1/fair-trade-fundamentals.html"><rss:title>Fair Trade Fundamentals</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.linkezine.com/link/2010/2/1/fair-trade-fundamentals.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject>* 5 Justice News * 6 Good Environmental News * 8 Good Business News</dc:subject>

By Catherine Jones

One label says this roasted mountain-fresh Colombian coffee is ideal for all coffee makers. But is it ideal for the coffee bean’s maker, the farmer? Your choice is empowering. When you choose fair trade, you get more than coffee; you get the opportunity to enrich someone’s life.

What Is Fair Trade?

Fair trade is an international alternative trading system designed to empower disadvantaged farmers, artisans, and labourers. The movement began 50 years ago when international aid organizations worked to help farmers and labourers in Africa break free from oppressive trading practices. These inequitable trading practices still exist today.

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.linkezine.com/link/2010/1/28/my-dog-my-hero.html"><rss:title>My Dog - My Hero</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.linkezine.com/link/2010/1/28/my-dog-my-hero.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject>* 1 Good World News Pets</dc:subject>

By Phyllis Coletta

I understand about global terrorism, believe me and there's one horror after the other happening daily on this planet, not to mention the hate and fear mongering that goes with another day in politics. Chopper is a black lab, a breed notorious for its distinct deficit of brains, but what he seemingly lacks in smarts he overcompensates for in loyalty and an innate sense of pure joy. Here is a dog who loves being a dog. This is a being delighted to be in his own skin and, as I mentioned, without much intellectual baggage. I watch him in awe; he's my role model. We know that earthquakes will be coming again in the future. In fact, Port-Au-Prince sits on the exact location of tectonic plate and fault formation under the Earth where seismic activities occur on a regular basis causing catastrophic earthquakes, none as big as January 12, 2010, nonetheless have occurred throughout history--1860, 1770, 1761, 1751, 1684, 1673, and 1618, (United States Geological Survey (USGS)).

Haiti needs proper building codes to withstand the next devastating earthquakes. This is a must, and the international community has to step in to do all it can to assist Haiti in this regard. The international community should see to it that all future buildings in Port-Au-Prince-- the epicenter of earthquakes in Haiti--be built using established building codes that will enable buildings and homes to withstand the powerful shakes of future earthquakes. We as the international community cannot allow such tragedy to happen again in Haiti.

</rss:item></rdf:RDF>
